Cancellation Policy

Any cancellation within 48 hours of your scheduled shoot, on the basis of anything outside inclement weather, will be subject to a $25 cancellation fee within 48 hours, $50 cancellation fee within 24 hours, and a $100 cancellation fee within 1 hour of appointmet (time-of appointment). We have to impose these policies to ensure that we continue to provide the same availability, service and quality that you are used to. Having appointments left open with editors in-office costs money and takes up spots later in the week that are open for other bookings. At the end of the day, we need to run a business that is effective with our time so we can be the best representatives for your brand.
