  • We are based in Denver and serve all of the Denver Metro Area with no travel fee. Travel outside of Denver Metro? Please review our travel fee schedule or reach out to us at info@bowmangroupmedia.com for details on our travel fee schedule.

  • Super easy.

  • We get it—things happen. We appreciate your understanding—it helps us keep our schedule open and our quality high for everyone. Weather-related reschedules are exempt.

    • Within 48 hours: $25 cancellation fee

    • Within 24 hours: $50 cancellation fee

    • Within 1 hour of time-of appointment: $100 cancellation fee

  • We provide a House Ready prep checklist to ensure your property is photo-ready. Generally, decluttering and cleaning are key for best results. We will shoot your property as is. Our appointments are optimized for efficiency to get your media back to you as soon as possible, which does not allow our photographers time for cleaning/staging assistance.

  • With approved photographer access, we’ll handle getting your professional photos uploaded correctly to your MLS listing—saving you time and hassle.

  • We can label your drone images to show off nearby schools, parks, trails, beaches of your choosing—making your marketing pop for just $14 per image. This is an add-on service to your drone photoshoot.

  • We do it all:

    • Cinematic Video Tour – "The Whole Shebang." Cinematic interior + exterior with drone, lifestyle shots, amenities. Starting at $399. On-camera and voiceover add-on options starting at $69.

  • We can digitally furnish or redesign your property photos:

    • Standard Virtual Staging: $49/photo

    • De-Staging/Re-Staging: $79/photo (remove old furniture and replace it)

    • Virtual Remodel: Show new flooring, paint, finishes, etc. Price varies depending on scope.

  • Yep! For just $24 per photo, we’ll edit any daytime shot to look like a stunning twilight or sunset image—perfect for MLS cover photos and Zillow.

  • Yes — we offer custom property websites.
    Our property websites give your listing a polished online home where buyers can view photos, videos, floor plans, and property details all in one place. They’re designed to make sharing easy and present the home in a clean, professional format.

    We offer both Basic and Premium options. The Basic Property Website ($49) includes one year of hosting plus backend editing access so you can update listing details as needed.
